“I protect my clients in ways I wasn’t — because a financial oversight can cost you for years to come.”
When I went through my own divorce, I trusted the professionals I hired to protect me. Instead, I experienced a series of moments that no one should ever have to face:
A major financial error was missed — one that could have cost me more than $200,000.
My concerns were dismissed when I tried to raise them and they belittled me when I was most vulnerable.
I was pressured to appear in court even through I was struggling with a debilitating medical condition.
My son’s emotional distress were disregarded. .
And no one seemed to be looking out for my long-term wellbeing.
That experience revealed a truth most people never see:
professionals may know the law, but many lack the financial insight — and the empathy — to truly protect a family during separation.
Today, I pride myself in being proactive vs reactive, providing
More CERTAINTY: I intentionally do a forensic financial “deep dive” pre-mediation - while still charging a Flat Fee to #1-eliminate undue stress as clients with certainty of the total cost; & #2-for more key “fluid communication” versus worry over making a call/email. #3-The END GOAL: to help all parties flourish moving forward with custom, creative, win/win resolutions- in half the time-by simplifying issues via my gut insight derived from the depth of my financial knowledge.
I treat each case like the unique story it is — carefully, respectfully, and holistically.
If you’re looking for a mediator who sees the full picture — your emotions, your finances, your future — I’m here to walk that path with you.

Sherri helps you find clarity even in high-conflict situations. If certain issues can’t be resolved through mediation, you may still move forward on the areas where you’ve reached agreement. All my cases have settled except for one (which they later regretted.)
