Terms of CLIENT SERVICES:

  1. Initial Consultation & Evaluation fee applied to custom Flat fee: Mediator +Financial Expert

2. Flat Fee: based case’s complexity.

  • Doing a deep dive “off the clock”, with a flat fee is valuable for smarter resolutions & cuts stress on clients vs tracking every 30 mins-1hr spent on a call/email.

  • Credit cards are preferred.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: notification via email or text.

  • Cancellation Policy for Flat Fee:

    —>After 5 business days, 100% of fees retained.

    —>Emergency: no charge if rescheduled. Please try to provide at least 3 business days notice.
