TERMS of Client SERVICES:

  1. Initial Consultation & Evaluation Fee is applied toward your custom Flat Fee, which includes both Mediator & Financial Expert work.

2. FLAT Fee: Tailored to each case’s unique complexity:

  • My premise: doing a deep dive “off the clock” is critical to achieve uniquely innovative resolutions vs. tracking every hour spent. My flat fee cuts the stress on clients.

  • Forms of payment: Credit card is preferred.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Notification: email or text.

  • Cancellation Policy for Flat Fee:

    —>After 3 business days, 100% of fees retained.

    —>Emergency: no charge IF rescheduled. Please try to provide at least 3 business days notice.
