  The RIPPLE EFFECTS: Life has conflict. I came up with “the ripple effect” verbiage when I was navigating my own divorce as I saw first-hand the enormous future implications of my mediation results. How both parties respond to conflict has huge implications. My focus is to facilitate peaceful, informed negotiations-using my unique financial expertise coupled with kind, reflective listening. I calculate & present creative financial scenarious upon detail review of clients’ financials.

The MISSION & VISION: Through my experiences, my passion grew to design a mediation practice to help clients make key moves around issues & challenges I navigated-most notably that could not be undone (or so I thought) in my first mediation dissolution process. I had to go back to mediation years later-due to fraud in good faith negotiations I questioned - my concern was ignored. So, I know first hand how vital honoring good faith in mediation is to your case.

I take leveling the power imbalances & good faith very seriously. I was extremely vulnerable, despite my financial skill sets, as my son was not doing well-so as a mother it deeply impacted me.

Net: It was simply too late in the game-when I found out I was spot on-and I was forced to go to court, as other party was pressured by an attorney to not settle. I bring all these key learnings & expertise to the table so parties never go unprotected.
